We accept returns or exchanges only if the product you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery. To qualify for a return or exchange, please make sure:

You report the issue to our customer support within 48 hours of receiving your parcel.

Proof of purchase (such as your order number or receipt) is provided.

Process for Returns:
To initiate a return, contact our team via email or WhatsApp with your order details and reason for return. Once approved, you will be guided through the simple return process. Please note that customers are responsible for shipping the product back unless the error is from our side.

Refunds:
After we receive and inspect your returned product, your refund will be processed within 7 to 10 working days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method or as store credit, depending on your preference.

Non-Returnable Items:
For hygiene and safety reasons, products that have been opened, used, or tampered with cannot be returned. Promotional or discounted items are also non-refundable unless damaged upon delivery.
